for his project ,a boy needs a piece of wood measuring 0.75 meters long and 0.55 meter wide find the perimeter of the project in centimeters.

0.75 m = 75 cm 
0.55 m = 55 cm

Assuming that his project is rectangular, the formula for Perimeter is
P = 2L + 2w

P = 2(75cm) + 2(55cm)

P = 150cm + 110cm = 260cm
