what is the elimination method answer of this given equation
4x-4y=4 and 4x+6y=-4

4x - 4y = 4  ----equation 1
4x +6y = -4 ----equation 2

subtract equation 1 & 2
       4x - 4y = 4 
  (-)  4x +6y = -4
           -10y = 8
               y = -8/10 or -4/5
substitute to any of equations 1 & 2
  4x +6y = -4
 4x +6(-4/5) = -4
 4x -24/5 = -4
 4x = -4 + 24/5
4x = 4/5
 x = 1/5
