Basilio is the son of Sisa and Pedro, and the older brother of Crispin. He is the only remaining member of his family due to the turn of events thirteen years ago. In Noli Me Tangere, his brother was tortured until death by the Head Sacristan, his mother gone crazy and his father died after joining the rebellion.
