1. Think of the last time you did something for the first time. Write about it. What was it like and what did you learn about yourself?
2. What's the one thing you cannot leave home without? What is it and what does it represent to you?
3. Is there anything you want to say to another person -- but can't? Try writing it down. And then ask yourself What's keeping you from saying it?
4. What is the one area of your life that you're struggling with the most right now? What factors make it a struggle? What factors can you OVERCOME?
5. Are you where you want to be right now? Why or why not? If not, what are you willing to do to get out of this situation and into one that you prefer?
