Identify the mystery number:
I am a six-digit number. Two of my digits have the values 300 and 4 000. All the digits in my thousands period are the same. The remaining digits are also the same and their sum is 10.

If you mean the remaining digits are the same and their sum is 10 then:

From the values 4000 and 300 we have

then we add in the 5's
