I don't clearly understand the question but if it needs to numbers with their sum of their reciprocals is 7. I am going to give you 1/3 and 1/4. Their reciprocals is 3 and 4. 3 added to 4 =  3+4  =  7. The larger number 4 exceeds the smaller number 3.
