First locate the quadrant, since it is -225, move clockwise from the 0 degrees, assuming that -225 is in the first quadrant, then place a line on the middle part connecting the origin. Its only assuming, lessons in trigonometry assume the direction of an angle, especially in bearing or air navigation.
