Do you think you can improve your level of flexibility?
What should you do in order to increase your level of flexibility?
(In my case)No.
In order to increase my level of flexibility (if ever I'm gonna do it), I should do activities that will increase my level of flexibility and do warm-ups(if that helps). And, do a daily exercise so I can keep my body active and also so my body will cooperate. Lastly, maybe a yoga will help.
