Why there is a need to include a subtitle?

We need subtitles on videos, movies or on any presentation because sometimes can't understand what the speaker said. It is also a need to include subtitles so we can catch up every dialogue and ideas. Lastly, we need subtitles such as in movies, where there are some people who can't understand the language well so subtitles of their own language are included for them to understand easily.
