Answer:
For me if a decimal repeats it means that there is no exact answer and it will ended up to repeating decimal.
For example:
1/3 it will become 0.33333333... we can't say that 0.3 is the exact number right? we can't just disregard the other 3 because the value will not be the same as the original. So, as what i've said if the decimal repeats then it doesn't have the exact answer and it will ended up to repeating decimal.
