..Drug addicts are not
anymore considered as human beings. Duterte himself
said that drug addicts are not anymore humans they
are animals,
Killing a single drug addict will save his posible victims. It is
tolerable to kill 1 in order to save others.
killing a drug addict is much cheaper and faster compared to
rehabilitating them.
