To solve negative inequalites, you will change the sign to the opposite, example is changing the sign of greater than to less than
Here is an example:
4-x<5
-x<1
Divide both sides by -1
x>1
Whenever you divide the negative coefficient of x, the sign shifts to its opposite, if its ≥, it will become ≤.
