No, you can get the mass of the air inside ball and the smoke by using the density but you can't measure the mass of the light, it's not even a matter. But some studies shown that a light can make a matter, though it is still under studies.
Some samples (sugar granules, water, stone, air inside ball, leaves and smoke) have a measurable mass while the remaining two samples (heat and light) mass can't be measured.... --Mizu
