Simple math
We can write it like this
Let D be the fraction of course
Less than 5
D < 5
But greater than 3
3 < D < 5
So that means the fraction is higher than 3 but lower than 5
it can be
31/10, 32/10, 7/2 9/2 49/10 ...etc
as long as it wont exceed to the limit.
