C=6x12 (atomic wt. of carbon)=72
H=12x1 (atomic wt. of Hydrogen)=12
O=6x16 (atomic wt. of Oxygen)=96

72 + 12 + 96 = 180 g/mol

180 g/mol is the molar mass of C6H12O6 or commonly called as Glucose
