let the cost of theblouse=x  then cost of the skirt=x+95  total cost=x+( x +95 ) =485 ie 2x+95=485 or 2x =485-95=390  then x=390/2=195   cost of blouse=Rs195 and cost of the skirt=  Rs195+95=Rs290   total cost    cost of blouse +cost of skirt=RSs195+Rs290  =Rs485
