Photosynthesis is known as the process where plants make their own food for their nourishment and survival.

During the process of photosynthesis, the plant absorbs carbon dioxide, water and sunlight then convert all of it into chemical energy for the plant to create simple sugar or glucose. This simple sugar is known as the main food of green plants.
