The ration of the width to the length of a rectangle is  2:3
 this can also mean that if the width is 2cm the length is 3 cm
  thus by inspection if the width is      2* 6 = 12cm
                                 the length is      3 * 6 = 18cm
the area = 12*18 = 216sq.cm
