Area of  a rectangle is A = LW  ----equation 1
given that the length is 3m more than the width then you'll have:
L = 2W + 3  ----equation 2
substituting the area for equation 1
A = LW
160 = LW
substituting equation 2
160 = (2W + 3)(W)
160 = 2W² + 3W
2W² + 3W - 160 = 0
W = 8.23
substitute to equation 2
L = 2W + 3
L = 2(8.23) + 3
L = 19.46
