In changing a decimal to percentage, you just have to multiply it with 100% say you have 2/5 = 0.40 x 100% = 40% or you'll have 0.1248 x 100% = 12.48%
it's the same idea whether manual or using calculator or in calculators with built in percentage converter you just have to use the function
