Chalja - informal, used with close friends and little kids younger than you
Chaljayo - more polite than chalja, used with people you're not as close with, but still familiar with
Annyeonghi jumusaeyo - quite formal, used with elderly people or people you have great respect for. You usually bow with this one since it's formal.
