Is take-off speed similar to initial velocity? Or is initial velocity =0 and the take-off speed is considered as the final velocity?

Take off speed is different from initial velocity. Initial velocity starts at rest while take off velocity would also mean as the final velocity when the time that the plane is still on the runway
