First fraction : 7 5/7
7(denominator) × 7 (whole number) + 5 (numerator) = 54 then copy its denominator . so it becomes 54/7
Second fraction: 6 3/7
7(denominator) × 6(whole number) +3(numerator) =45/7
54/7 +45/7 = just simply add their numerator because they already have the same denominator. so the answer is 99/7.
8 3/4 +19 3/4 = 57/2 (same explanation)
