- Warm, moist air rises over the ocean
- Air moves away from the ocean surface and leaves as air in the surface
- As warm air rises, a lower air pressure is formed.
- Air from surrounding areas pushes with the low pressure area causing the higher air pressure mix with it forming a new cool air.
- Moist air rises cooling the water forming clouds
- This system of clouds form together with the wind and grows
- Storm will be created forming an eye
