Let the diameter of each circle be a,b and c

1/2 a + 1/2 b= 23  can be a+b=46.....E1
1/2 a + 1/2 c= 25  can be a+c=50......E2
1/2 b + 1/2 c=20  can be b+c=40......E3 (Let E mean equation cause its confusing)

E1+E2-E3=2a
96-40=2a
56=2a
28=a

From this we can get b=18 and c=22

So their radii are 14,9 and 11
