I don't get what you're saying but to convert a percent to whole number, you need to move two numbers/spaces to the left. (e.g. (90%=0.9) Convert fractions to decimals? Divide the numerator by the denominator. That gives you a decimal or whole number. Now to convert a decimal to percent, move two numbers/spaces to the right and add the percent sign.(e.g. 0.99= 99%)
