Day time, why?
Cause the sound travels faster in the warmer temperature. Cause it makes the sound waves travel faster with it's temperature But the sounds travel upward and in night downward, that's why concerts is held at night time, cause the sound goes down through the audience watching, so it's clearer and louder to them.
