Just add if same sign subtract if different sign then follow the sign of a bigger number

to add integers with the same sign, add without regard to the sign
to add integers with different signs, kung ano ang sign ng mas malaking number yun ang gagayahin mo then change the operation to subtraction
ex. -9 + 12 = n
-9 - 12 = 3

ex. 2 + (-6) = n
2 - (-6) =  - 4
