metaphor - directly described
ex. Marriage is a souvenir of love.
personification- personify a thing or describe something to a not human
ex. The wind whisper in my ears.
irony - confusing
ex. i saw fish drowning and i must help it before he get dead. (funny? or confusing? wrong grammar?
