By keeping it proper and clean. A community that is unhealthy and not proper are not an ideal one. The people living in that community might get affected, as well as the surrounding/environment, where people get their basic needs..
if they comply with the law, without corruption, theft and whine cooperation and peace is the only weapon or factors to be calm and be the community I want.
