Fraction to Decimal = divide the numerator by the denominator
Decimal to Fraction = Remove the decimal and put it as the numerator. For the denominator, put 1 and 0 (depends on how many digits the numerator has). Then simplify further.
ex. Denominator to Fraction
0.5 = 5/10 = 1/2
1.45 = 1 45/100 = 1 9/20
