First you have to put all the x's on one side, and all the integers on the other, by taking 2x away from both sides, and taking three away from both sides:
4x=8
Then, to isolate the x, divide both sides by four:
x=2
If you're really not confident about the answer, try putting your answer back in the original equation, and see if it's correct:
6(2)+3=2(2)+11
12+3=4+11
15=15
