He can't divided those 24 children in 5 or 7 teams but he can divided them into 6 tems for 4 persons in 1 team.

24 ÷ 5  = 4 remainder 4 (therefore he cant divide the children equally into 5 teams)
24 ÷ 6  = 4  (therefore he divide the children equally into 6 teams)
24 ÷ 7  = 3 remainder 3 (therefore he cant divide the children equally into 7 teams)
