yes..any quadratic equation can be solved using completing the square..but, I advice you that you should examine the equation very well, the appropriateness of the way of solving it can help you so that it would be easy on your part.. you could also use factoring, square of the difference/sum of two squares and a lot more.. I repeat, it all depends on the equation given..always be appropriate!!
