Activity 3 Directions: Identify if the following safety measures should be done BEFORE, DURING or AFTER the typhoon.


1. Repair all the damages in the house. Be safe in inspecting your house and avoid scattered debris.


2. Do not wade along flooded areas to keep yourself from contacting water-born disease.


3. Wear additional clothing like sweaters and jackets to avoid catching cold or other respiratory diseases.


4. Check and fix your house for any damage or unstable parts so it can withstand strong winds,


5. Turn-off the main source of electricity if you see signs of water rising.


6. Know the location of evacuation centers in town.


7. Postpone any travel.


8. Have first-aid kit with enough medical supplies.​
