"Which friend is better" should NOT depend on his/her skin color. It does not define your relationship with them, nor does it define who they are. They are still people; just like us. In the end, we cannot choose the way we are born, however, we can chose how we will be as a person.
Having this as a base for who's the better friend and who's not is straight up prejudice and discrimination. We should not see them as neither lower nor higher. We should be equal and treat them the same as how we treat others, otherwise, they would feel discriminated and attacked.
This system of deciding in itself is very rude and should not be supported. We should have something else to base it on, like for instance, our relationship with them.
