For what I have observed from this photo, Is that the COVID-19 Cases are increasing and decreasing every 2 days.
The reason why it started decreasing starting on 10th of October progressing to other month(s)/days, because half/most of our population In the philippines had and took the vaccine, (Excluding minors).
The reason why it was increasing at the back of August, is due to people not being alarmed at the COVID-19 Precautions and wouldn't follow the rules, ever since new normal, after a few weeks people started to take advantage of it, going through public places crowded by people and holding parties (Ex: Birthday Parties) : (According to 24 Oras).
