Filipinos need festival's whether we are living in the modern period. Festivals are one way to exert our culture, heritage, and delicacy which describes who are we. But today we are facing pandemic, we will not be able to do this things which we have done in the previous years. Sad to note but festival's and theater are not allowed since there's many people who will be there.
