so 54 km = 1 hour

so 54 km  x 3 hours = 162 kph on 3 hours

and for the 1/4 of the hour   54 x .25 = 13.5 kph or 54 divided by 4 multiplied by 3 = 13.5

add 162 and 13.5 for the total kph = 175.5 kph is the answer
