Temperature is the hotness and coldness of an object. It is related to the kinetic energy that the particles of a substance posses.
Heat is a form of energy that can be transferred from one body to another.

Heat is the energy that flows into a subtance causing its temperature to increase; or the energy that flows out of it causing its temperature to decrease. Heat is often referred to as energy in transit or energy being transported from a substance to a higher temperature to a substance of lower temperature. Heat is therefore related to the change of temperature of a substance, no to temperature itself.
