It shows in the picture that the man is ahead of the woman. A man is believed to be more superior, strong, powerful, and more capable than a woman. The society sees women as mere shadows of men. No matter what they do, how hard they work for a certain thing, they always end up being discredited just because they're a "woman". This picture depicts gender bias.
