My own Answer:

I'm going to deal my stress by eating healthy food, exercise, get plenty of sleep, and give myself a break if i feel stressed out. Take deep breaths, stretch, or meditate . Taking care of your body is also the way, try to relax your minds and take vacation from your works or what everything that make you stress.
