Why?
Because in company, being humble, interactive and sincere are the assets of a company. It doesn't have to be the another applicant who's arrogant for his honor grade and not devoted to his position as a part of pulling the company up. This kind of attitude will just reflect disgrace to the company, that's why my decision would be hiring an average applicant with devotion and sincerity to his/her job
