If your a girl and you wanted to sing using a high pitched voice but when you sing you sound more like a dude trying to sing how do you change that?

Practice more on singing using your diaphragm, not on your throat. You can also try whistling to manage your voice into high pitched. Listen to the songs of Mariah Carey or Celine Dion and listen how they whistle. :3
