When Europeans went to Africa, they called the place as "dark continent" because the place is so mysterious and there are many unknown history. But there's also a possibility that they call it as "dark continent" implying with their skin color.
Dahil hanggang sa ngayon, ang kalakhang Africa ay hindi pa nadididiskubre, o naeexplore ng mga tao. Higit pa dito, tinatawag itong Dark Continent dahil halos karamihan sa parte ng Africa ay kagubatan.
