b.)  [tex] \frac{1}{7 ^{-2} } = 7 ^{2} =49[/tex]

c.)  [tex] \frac{1}{x ^{-2} } = 25[/tex]
      [tex] x^{2} =25[/tex]
      [tex] \sqrt{x ^{2} } = \sqrt{25} [/tex]
