it seems to me, social inequality should addressed and solve first. because abuse is the interaction of inequality. for instance, you were accused by someone who is rich that you stole his bag however that Is absurd but you are still guilty according to the court however he used his money and connection to condemn you. so you are unable and powerless to substantiate yourself and that is because of inequality in society. poor people is abusing by the inequality and cruel rich people.
