corruption and criminality has many solutions to stop it and federalism is one of that solutions but I won't directly say yes for the federalism is the solution of corruption and criminality. If you say Federalism it means distribution of power in an organization it means you always have the right to control the corruptors and criminals,but is it the right thing to do? to control them? they're still a human, they have the rights for themselves even though they are criminals and corruptors,I believe that every person in this world has a second chance to change their selves, but for the persons who doesn't change government can have the rights to us federalism as a solution
