There are so many things I have learned in the Introduction to Philosophy of the Human Person but some of things that have struck in my mind are the importance social justice and human rights in our society. These things are so very important nowadays as lots of lives were badly affected by the government we have right now especially the additional burden that the pandemic has brought. We can see nowadays that people who are really affected are those who are below the poverty line, they don't have the things that are considered as necessities in life as they weren't given the opportunity in work, in school and basically, just in life; and these are things that fall within Social Justice that everyone should have. When it comes to human rights, we all know lots of lives that are diminished by the unfair judgement of EJK in which most of the affected are the poor people. Innocent or not, as long as for what they have called "quota", they will still continue to do what is not right. These are the two things that have captivated my holistic approach when it comes to Intro to Philosophy of a human person, and I am looking forward to know more and to study further information regarding these things/ situations.
