1. Family members - As they say, blood is thicker than water, and I truly agree with that idea. Our family is our first line of support in everything that we do. It is very important to show support and unconditional love to each and every member of the family.

2. Friends, Peers - It is also very important to get support from our friends and peers as they are also the ones who push our limits to be away of our comfort zone. What we need to do is to pick the right people who we know can truly give genuine support and love to what we do, and do not put our well-being to something that can harm us.

3. Teachers - Teachers are our second parents, and they give love to us,  students whenever we are in school or even outside. We just need to obey and follow what they intend us to as this also for our growth as students.

4. Counselors - If we need a professional help, our counselors are the perfect people who can show us support and care to things that we are thinking. They give us holistic approach to things and teachings to improve ourselves.

5. Prayerful Life - Prayers and faith can move mountains. It is very important for us to have a prayerful life, even we do not need something from God, we just need to thank Him every single day of our lives. Prayers also show love to people that matter in our lives.
